You don't need to write a formal report — but these details help us fix things on the first reply instead of the third:
Email us about upgrades, downgrades, seat changes, invoices, or cancellation and we'll take care of it. Payments are processed by Stripe, and your receipts come from Stripe directly — we never see or store your full card number.
Refunds and cancellation terms are covered in our Terms & Conditions. If something was charged in error, tell us and we'll make it right.
Both are welcome at the same address. We build these products for people doing real work, and the most useful changes we've shipped started as an email from someone who hit a rough edge.

FillForge, DevJSON, PixelKit, and NoUploadPDF run entirely in your browser. If one isn't working, tell us your browser and version — that's usually enough to reproduce it. Extension data handling is covered by our Extensions Privacy Policy.
Puzzle Time is our free, ad-free collection of gentle puzzle games. It has no accounts and no billing, so there's nothing to log into — but if a puzzle misbehaves or you'd like to suggest one, we'd genuinely like to hear it.
