We never sell your data — and SMS opt-in data is never shared

Information we collect

Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, company, and similar details you submit through our forms, account signup, or checkout.
Usage data: basic technical information (device, browser, pages visited) to operate and improve the site and services.
Billing information: handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS text messages from ForgeWorks (a brand of DerMar Consulting Group LLC). Messages may include account notifications, appointment and demo reminders, customer-care replies, and occasional product updates.

You consent to receive SMS messages when you (1) submit a contact or demo-request form on getforgeworks.com that includes SMS-consent language, (2) provide your number at checkout, or (3) text our business number first. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency & rates

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out & help

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive a confirmation and no further messages. For help, reply HELP or email info@getforgeworks.com.

Your mobile opt-in data is never shared

No mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in/consent data) will be shared with, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in and consent are never shared with any third party for any purpose. Information may only be shared with service providers that help us deliver the messaging (for example, our messaging platform provider) and only as needed to operate the program.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business (e.g., hosting, payment processing, and SMS/email delivery) under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. As stated above, text-messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from any sharing.

Data retention & your choices

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing info@getforgeworks.com.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
