How this is calculated

Shelf price = cover price × the condition's share (60 / 50 / 40 / 30% by default), rounded to your pricing step.

Share of cover price (default): credit = cover × credit %, cash = cover × cash %, whatever the condition. It's the "25% of the cover price in credit" rule. Share of shelf price: the same percentages are applied to the shelf price instead.

Offers round to your step (nearest $0.25 by default). Anything below your minimum offer shows as a decline ($0), so staff get a clear "not this one."

Margin = shelf price − offer. Credit costs you less than it looks, because it comes back through the till.
