RunSheet vs Circuit for Teams (now Spoke Dispatch)

$49 a month for three drivers. Their cheapest plan is $125.

If you went looking for a Circuit for Teams alternative because $125 a month is a lot for a three-truck operation, this is the one priced for you. RunSheet is delivery route software for small local fleets: $49 covers three drivers, the fourth is $10, a driver link instead of an app to install, and a full day of routes built in under two minutes.

RunSheet prices, per month, as of September 2026. Starter includes 3 drivers and 100 routes a month; each extra driver is $10 a month on any plan, so 10 drivers on Starter is $119. Growth is a separate choice at $149: up to 10 drivers, 300 routes, and delivery photos included. Business is $359 for up to 50 drivers and unlimited routes. Annual billing takes about two months off.

And Circuit for Teams? Circuit for Teams is now Spoke Dispatch, and on September 28, 2026 their pricing page listed Starter at $125 a month. That includes 1,000 stops and unlimited drivers, then $0.04 per extra stop. They bill by stops, we bill by drivers, so the honest way to compare is to count both for your fleet. If you run three or four drivers and a few hundred stops a month, RunSheet is the cheaper line. If you run a dozen drivers on a light stop count, their unlimited-driver plan may beat us, and if it does, stay with Spoke. We would rather you find that out here than after a migration.
Who wrote this

Written by the guy who built RunSheet

This page is written by the company that makes RunSheet, so read it that way. I'm Derek. I built RunSheet for the owner who is also the dispatcher, the one who builds the morning's routes across three Google Maps tabs and a group text, and who eats the refund when a customer swears the package never showed.

Circuit, now Spoke Dispatch, is a good product. Drivers like its app. It is priced for volume: the cheapest plan is $125 a month and comes with 1,000 stops and unlimited drivers. If you run three trucks and a couple hundred stops a month, you are paying for room you will not use. I priced RunSheet for that fleet on purpose. $49 covers three drivers. The day you hire driver four, you pay ten dollars more for that driver.

Below is the side by side, then the cases where I would honestly tell you to stay with Spoke, then what you get back if you switch.

Fair is fair

When Spoke is the better pick

  • Your drivers want a native app. Spoke's is well made, and a stable crew that keeps it updated will be happy with it. RunSheet's driver view is a browser link, on purpose.
  • You run a lot of drivers on a light stop count. Spoke includes unlimited drivers on every plan. On RunSheet every driver past your plan is $10. Somewhere past ten drivers, price both.
  • Delivery photos or Shopify on the cheapest plan matter more to you than the $49 price. Spoke includes both on Starter. RunSheet includes them on Growth, and photos as an add-on to Starter.

If none of those is you, keep reading.

They open it on whatever phone they have. Stops, navigation, signature, barcode scan. They drive.

Run one real day on it during the trial. You will know by lunch whether it fits.

Questions

Straight answers

Does RunSheet charge per driver?

Past the drivers your plan includes, yes. Starter covers 3 drivers for $49 a month, Growth covers 10 for $149, Business covers 50 for $359. Each driver beyond that is $10 a month on any plan, so a fourth driver on Starter makes the bill $59.

Is Circuit for Teams the same thing as Spoke Dispatch?

Yes. Circuit renamed Circuit for Teams to Spoke Dispatch on October 23, 2025 and described it as a name change only. getcircuit.com now redirects to spoke.com. Same product, same driver app.

What does Circuit for Teams (Spoke Dispatch) cost?

On September 28, 2026 their pricing page listed Starter at $125 a month with 1,000 stops and unlimited drivers, then $0.04 per extra stop. Premium is $200 with 2,000 stops and Expert is $1,000 with 12,000 stops. They bill by stops, not drivers. Confirm on spoke.com before you decide.

Do my drivers need to install an app?

No. Each driver gets a link that opens in the phone's browser with turn-by-turn navigation, stop status, e-signature and barcode scan. Delivery photos with AI captions are included on Growth and above.

Is the free trial really no credit card?

Yes. 7 days, no card. After 7 days you pick a plan to keep creating new routes.

What about time windows and cash on delivery?

Both tools have them. Spoke lists custom time windows and cash on delivery on every plan. RunSheet's optimizer enforces time windows and sequences COD stops rather than labelling them and hoping. If hard windows are your whole business, run both on your worst day and compare the routes.

Price it against your own fleet

Click the button, sign up with your email (no card), add tomorrow's stops and hit optimize. Then text your drivers the link. That is the whole setup.
